Ep 134 2023 Reflections & 2024 Intentions with Alex Stalberger

[00:00:00] Cynthia: You are listening to the Well Connected Twin Cities podcast. I'm your host, Cynthia Shockley, and I'm here to learn alongside you through meaningful conversations with health and wellness practitioners. This is your time to experience some mindset shifts, learn practical tips, and get excited about what is possible.

[00:00:22] We want you to own the power of choice in your personal well being journey. Let's discover what's possible right here in our Twin Cities community. Hello,

[00:00:34] Hello, welcome to the Well Connected Twin Cities podcast. I'm your host, Cynthia Shockley, and today I'm speaking with co founder and owner of Well Connected Twin Cities, Alex Stalberger. You'll get to be reminded of Well Connected Twin Cities mission and how you are an important part of that mission.

[00:00:53] Alex will be sharing her personal and professional reflections.

[00:01:03] I hope you leave this conversation feeling connected to this beautiful, intentional community and resource we are building together.

[00:01:12] And here we are with Alex Stalberger. Hello, beautiful.

[00:01:18] Alex: Hello. It's lovely to be here and it feels It's so wonderful to be a guest on my own podcast.

[00:01:27] Cynthia: I'm sure longtime listeners recognize your voice and know who you are because you used to host a lot of these podcast episodes too.

[00:01:36] And so it's a voice we all miss.

[00:01:40] Alex: I Absolutely. hosting the podcast, mostly because it forced me to have one of my very favorite things, which is great conversation regularly and consistently. But I'm doing that anyway, in, in different capacities with well connected. And so surprisingly, it's. I just felt, I don't know, I still feel surprisingly that I was able to share that.

[00:02:04] aNd it was such a good decision and definitely the way that we need to grow, right? Sometimes we need to give away some of the things that we love so that somebody else can foster it and nurture it and grow it into what it is now, which I. personally so enjoy being surprised and delighted when I hear the new recordings drop.

[00:02:24] So I love that too. That's really cool. Yeah. Oh,

[00:02:29] Cynthia: good. I've been starting off these episodes with a rose and a thorn. So getting to know More of you as a human being, what's been going on for you, what's something that's going well, that's beautiful and maybe something that's a bit of a pain right now.

[00:02:47] Alex: Oh gosh, and I knew you were going to ask me this and I was thinking about it and as much as I would like them to be two different things, they are like all one. My rose has thorns and I guess that's the point, right? I, this past year, and I knew it was going to be a year of living life and working life differently.

[00:03:10] So for those listening, I had a baby in May this year, was wonderful. I, totally was excited about that. This is my third child. So I knew that postpartum experience. I knew the energy it would take. And I also knew where we were at in business with Well Connected. Our ownership changed the year before in June.

[00:03:38] And then shortly after I found out I was pregnant. So there's been so much change that's really been an opportunity. But all that change is exhausting. And I think that has been my thorn, is right when you feel like you've got something figured out, everything shifts again. And I know for those providers listening, those small business owners listening, right?

[00:03:59] Everybody's yeah, that, everybody's the only thing constant is change. And I think the rose within this it's forced me to practice. Adapting forced me to practice setting new expectations, forced me to practice oh, just really reflecting differently on what success was, because we know progress isn't linear and we know day by day you can be successful and really feel like a puddle on the floor that you can still be successful and not feel it.

[00:04:36] So it's really been helpful. To constantly be challenged to reflect differently on what I am doing or what I'm choosing not to do and ask myself, is this my version of success today? And having to answer that question, I've just never been pushed so hard before in my life. And when I say pushed, sometimes it's the world pushing on you and I just have to say no.

[00:05:04] So I'd say the thorn is the exhaustion of being challenged and the rose is getting better at that challenge. I can stand here, sit here, I'm sitting, but I can sit here and tell you all today that I can honestly say, I'm really proud of where I'm at. And I'm proud of what I have said no to this year.

[00:05:27] And that is something I don't think I've really known before this year. And I think that's. It's big.

[00:05:35] Cynthia: And I've got to say, just being a part of your professional and personal life as a friend, I've been able to witness that evolution. And I will say, you are like the master of reframing. You are the master of finding like that nugget of gold amidst the muck, and so I think this year you really got to sharpen and utilize that tool that you have already really strongly developed. And it's been such a gift to even just witness and see how you can go from a really low and then still come back up and be like, Oh, this is why this is happening. This is how I'm growing.

[00:06:17] This is what I'm learning. So it's just been really amazing to witness.

[00:06:22] Alex: A couple shout outs. Shout out to my therapist. I would not be here today speaking to these themes without a therapist's support. That has been so amazing. And also, I can't imagine doing the work and sometimes the work is saying no and sometimes the work is pulling back and sometimes the work is saying yes and you're putting all like getting all your ducks in a row it's like I don't think all of that would be possible without my friends and also I've chosen To do this work with an incredibly supportive community.

[00:06:57] This wellness and health industry, with these people that really understand integrative wellbeing, they understand the chemistry behind making some of these decisions. And I have never felt so supported in saying, Hey, I accidentally said yes. When I meant to say, no I've never had that conversation in my life and being so scared of it.

[00:07:17] And all of a sudden I'm saying these things and it's helping me grow because I'm actually accepting help in ways. And I wouldn't say it's it's not like accepting charity. It's not like just accepting help. It's actually helped us. And I know we're going to get into that, but it's helped us develop processes and operations that allow us to be more of what we were originally intended to be as an organization.

[00:07:38] And so it has been a gift. So if that's the muck, that's the nugget out of the muck. There's a one nugget in there.

[00:07:45] Advertisement: Ah, big breath in. Northeast Wellness is a community acupuncture and wellness clinic in northeast Minneapolis, offering affordable and accessible healthcare for all. [00:08:46] Cynthia: Oh speaking of just the intention behind Well Connected Twin Cities, in case, someone's entering this conversation and they're not aware, or maybe they have a glimmer, like a little idea, but they're not sure can you remind us again of what is Well Connected Twin Cities mission?

[00:09:04] And then how do you feel like Well Connected was able to live into that mission this year?

[00:09:10] Alex: Yes. Love it. Yes. So first of all, if this is your intro to Well Connected Twin Cities by listening to this podcast, like welcome, I would embrace you if you're into that. Just give you a big hug. This is a really beautiful space for a couple of reasons.

[00:09:26] The mission here is really based in this understanding that healthcare as we know it continues to evolve and integrative care. And if that's a new phrase for you, integrative care means this joining of what we may have come to understand as more Western or conventional health care and combining and joining up with what you may have heard as described as alternative, complementary health care holistic care, But it's not just that.

[00:09:58] There's also supports that we can say yes to within our lifestyles, the way our mindset, the way we think about our health and well being, the choices we're making on a daily basis, the way that we're drinking fluids and choosing foods. And even I was having a conversation this morning, clothing our bodies, right?

[00:10:16] We're doing things intentionally, meaning we're accepting. The power of our own choice. If I make this choice, I can feel this way. And that's while a very oversimplified message, that's really what integrative healthcare supports. How can we take what we know of in medicine and science, how can we take that evidence and that understanding, and then how do we expand that to incorporate the other choices that you're making that influence that because it's not just going to be the pill that makes you feel better.

[00:10:49] It's going to be the way you're choosing to care for yourself. And while all of this might sound overwhelming, it's all about you finding the right approach and right supports for you. And that's going to be unique to you, no matter what you're the expert in your own body.

[00:11:04] And while healthcare. Is evolving toward having a system that recognizes and embraces all of that. It's also very different than the current system. It's happening, but it's happening slowly and painfully, as we often do. And right now, if you were to look at information about integrative healthcare, there's a lot more supports on the provider end.

[00:11:29] So helping providers understand what it is like to maybe practice more integratively, or to become more integrative. Or you might see clinics, right? Integrative clinics. So they're learning to work together from a systematic approach. And what is not readily available, especially in our communities right now, is a reliable place for you, right?

[00:11:51] The consumer, the health seeker, the person that aims to be more well connected, the person that aims to understand what your options are. Where do you go to find that information? Before Well Connected Twin Cities, you could definitely use Google. You could probably, word of mouth find the providers you might be looking for.

[00:12:11] But there really wasn't a streamlined way to find that or discover what's even available. Especially without being directly promoted to or sold to and so that's the gap that well connected twin cities. That's the bridge that we're building and we're doing. So in collaboration and cooperation with our local providers.

[00:12:33] I know that's a really long winded way to answer the question, but it's just so important to understand why we're here. And how this work is supporting the evolution because what's going to follow change follows the dollar. And the reality is consumers are continuing to want to spend their dollars differently, and we're helping educate or make creating that safe space so you can discover the way that you want to spend that healthcare dollar.

[00:13:00] Cynthia: Yeah, and it's really cool to see how there is this like dual branch, I feel like with Well Connected because it's, yes, bringing the providers and the options to the forefront. But in that way, it's also supporting the professional who Needs to get in front of an audience. It needs to get in front of the right people.

[00:13:24] And they have so much wisdom that they want to share. And so I love how well connected also is that platform for providers to get on the podcast, to, provide some kind of educational resource for the public. And I know sometimes it's really. intimidating to reach out to, let's say your first ever acupuncturist or your first ever chiropractor, your first ever Reiki practitioner.

[00:13:50] And you're just like, okay, yes, I'm going to be, I'm going to get the pitch. And is this actually what I need? Is this really what I want? I feel obligated now to spend money because I just connected with them. So I love how well connected is that bridge where. Someone can learn about all these different modalities, learn about the practitioners, who they are, their philosophies what they have to offer education wise before they even need to make that reach out and have that emotional buy in,

[00:14:24] Alex: totally. I think that's also something we're just not practiced in as consumers, right? You have an acute need and you're given a referral. You're going to go see that one doctor because they have the education, right? They have the specialty, but the reality is right. The way that our bodies heal is more holistic than that.

[00:14:43] Yes, that practice is good or that approach you mentioned acupuncture, right? Acupuncture can help with a bunch of things. But if we're not open or not feeling connected to the provider, there's only so much that needle can do. There's so much that can be done when you feel like you're in a safe, accepted space to heal.

[00:15:01] It's like providing your body the safety, the nervous system can relax and you can like really start to do that. And your body's designed to heal and it sometimes just needs the space to do so not all acupuncturists are created equal. And there's probably a better fit, not one is going to fit all of your needs.

[00:15:17] So how do we not only create a bridge to finding out what you need, but how do we lower that barrier to entry? So you can ask the questions you do need to ask so you can get yourself the care that you really deserve. And it's a great question. And I'm not saying we have it all right.

[00:15:31] We're constantly learning from feedback from our providers. We, one thing I'm really proud of, and you asked the question how did we live into our values this last year? I don't think we've ever been more provider led in our existence, which is such a good thing. Yeah. Yeah. So going out on maternity leave, we functioned, I brought in other people and doled like some responsibilities out and invited more providers to take more of a leadership role in, in how we were expanding.

[00:16:01] I got great feedback. So really, I might be. leading us, but like y'all are helping me write the blueprint. Yeah. So I just feel like we have been able to put together really sophisticated processes for how we're going to actually achieve what does this bridge look like? It's one thing to cross a river.

[00:16:24] But like we're designing this bridge because there's more than one way to get across this river and it's so important that we do that together and that's exactly what's happening. We have more feedback than ever from our providers we're co creating content and this podcast is another great example of that.

[00:16:40] We have this is only of value because we've got great providers sharing their expertise excitedly, to the public.

[00:16:46] Cynthia: And it's been so fun to be able to interview people. So I understand where there's that conflict for you. We're like, I want to be interviewing all these fun people.

[00:16:57] Advertisement: Well Connected exists to help you discover the practitioner that aligns with your values. We believe that finding the right fit should be simple and maybe even fun. When you visit wellconnectedtwincities. com, you can search for local practitioners by categories like chiropractic or herbalism, or you can search by condition or symptom in the directory to find practitioners of various healing modalities who can help.

[00:17:25] Discover over 100 local practitioners, browse articles, take classes, and listen to interviews by these very practitioners to learn who is the right fit for you. No matter what it is, we are here to help you say yes to the next stop on your healing journey.

[00:17:43] Cynthia: So now looking to the future, because we are at that time and space transitioning to the new year. And so the question of. What are well connected Twin Cities goals for 2024 so that you can continue to stay aligned to that mission and these values that you've been cultivating?

[00:18:04] Alex: If I can be a real honest for a moment, there's so many shiny objects in this work because there's so many fun.

[00:18:11] And tempting ways to put this work into bring it to life. Just so fun to think about putting together big events and big festivals, or really meaningful collaborations. So my brain operates big picture, my brain operates in I'm an idea generator I can, I just have a bajillion ideas all the time.

[00:18:34] And, but to reign them in and to have like, how is this actually going to get us to our very specific, what do they call it? K is it a KPI I am learning so much about, running a really effective business and how do we continue to stay Financially sustainable.

[00:18:49] And how do we, do that in a really ethical way? How do we do that in a socially aware way too? And there's so much to think about with your question though. I'm not answering your question. Your question was, what's our goal for this upcoming year? Is to really let, I think this is so aligned with, solstice and reflection.

[00:19:08] But really let the work that we've done take root when we have, first of all, cultivated something I'm most proud of is the beautiful community of providers that now are in regular relationship with each other. They've got beautiful functioning professional relationships. They feel more supported.

[00:19:29] Because they know they're in a common mission and letting that work sing. And can we, I just want to be the amplifier. So what that means in the future for 2024 is to continue to help those providers produce some really beautifully educational content that we can reliably get out to the public and really drive.

[00:19:55] Traffic so that more people know that well connected twin cities is a reliable evidence based resource for local services that they can feel comfortable enough to use the listing. And there's a little contact box like you just send them your question and that these people that are listed on the website.

[00:20:14] Do not believe in this giant wall that says, I understand you have a problem, but it'll be three weeks to get an appointment. This is a person that is willing to answer your question. You just submit that your question in that contact box. And so really creating this give and take of information bringing you closer to the right healthcare person.

[00:20:36] That is what our goals are for 2024 is to build more traffic, have more people utilize the resources and the community that's here.

[00:20:46] Cynthia: And I think that's really an exciting opportunity for the professionals out there as well who are in the Twin Cities area. We also have people in kind of Wisconsin area who are close enough where people are willing to drive.

[00:21:00] And so for those professionals who have articles they want to write or have wanted to be on a podcast to share their information and their education and what they want the public to know. Because. I've noticed through a lot of these interviews that there's this common tie with the well connected professionals and the holistic integrative care providers that they are very passionate about letting the world know that there are options, right?

[00:21:33] That even if it isn't them, that there are different solutions and opportunities. They just really want what's best for the public, and they really believe in this vision of integrative care, of collaborative care, and I think we've really seen a lot of that in the networking events that WellConnected puts on for the professionals, and then what comes out of that.

[00:21:56] Like I've had interviews with people I met at these events, but also I've seen workshops come out of it, retreats come out of it. And and then of course the really authentic referrals that come out of it because people can say to their client, Oh, actually I personally know this therapist who works in that specific way.

[00:22:16] And I think you also would get along with them personally. So here's their number. aNd so it's just such a beautiful community. And I think. That goal of getting the providers more content by them and then getting that information out to the public is just so aligned with all the professionals to and the vision that they have, which is, why they're a part of the party,

[00:22:39] Alex: There's when I think about what's possible now that we have more of our processes practiced.

[00:22:47] And I think there was a bit of, my own learning of, I can continue to dish out some of these responsibilities. We are hiring currently, right? We're looking for somebody to help us consistently package what beautiful content we already have created, because we've done a lot of this work already.

[00:23:03] And we're looking for somebody to help us create a plan to distribute it to the public in ways that's engaging and fun and empowering. I love that work, but, and that it's so much of what coaches do. And I love that. And I just, my, my capacity is limited too. So trusting that we're going to find the right team member to come on and help us do that more reliably.

[00:23:24] Cause I just feel like our providers are doing so much good work and they are doing like the more healing that they're doing, the less likely you're going to see them like they're just busy healing, right? You just see less of them, or maybe they don't get around to their website being updated or something.

[00:23:39] And I'm trying to remedy that, right? Some of our most effective healers they're behind on some of that stuff. Can we help? Can we lighten the load? Can we make it easier for them to share that message that's so important? I hope I answered your question because my mind just went on a five tangents at the same time.

[00:23:55] When I think about it it's really time to give back even more to the providers that are a part of well connected, right? It's time to really make that traffic beneficial for everybody, right? There's more than enough people asking these questions. And there's so many people that are waiting to answer.

[00:24:15] Cynthia: Yeah. Yeah. I know. I love being a part of Well Connected. I know so many professionals who love it too, just because it's, it just feels like a win, right? It feels like everyone wins Well Connected Twin Cities does better, right? Because it's, and it's so exciting to be a part of that because the providers get to hopefully build up their caseload and then also heal more people.

[00:24:38] And, the whole tagline of Heal more, hustle less. I love that because it's like, how do we remove some of the hustle so healers can do what they're meant to do? And then more people out there in the world are getting the care that they need that is really aligned and valuable to them. And I just My brain also goes in a million directions and I was just thinking we should add to the show notes that finding the right fit article that you wrote, Alex so that if anyone out there is listening in and they're like, okay, cool, like, where do I start?

[00:25:10] I feel like that article could be a really great place to just start and get your brain turning on the right questions to ask your provider how to get connected to the right people. But yeah, so many great resources that are just sitting there. So yeah, let's find the person who's going to get it out there.

[00:25:26] Alex: Absolutely I would love to answer a frequently asked question that I get. So when it comes to the model, I often get asked, well, how are you funded? How do you make this thing happen? Because we're not a nonprofit. And I think it's a really important question because I get it from everybody, community members.

[00:25:43] get it from providers. And so in effort to be like the most transparent as possible right now, we are a provider driven organization, meaning our providers are financially keeping this resource available to the public. But that's not the forever design. The forever design is meant to alleviate some of that burden off of not just.

[00:26:05] the providers, but find really meaningful sponsors or partnerships that we can, that align with the value of the mission. And part of why we didn't want to we didn't go after big funders. This has been a grassroots effort. This has been bootstrap self funded, a lot of labor done by me for no pay as of right now.

[00:26:26] honest and it's fine that's not going to be forever, but it was really important to us because we knew that the financial, there's a lot of shiny things financially and like having, feeling like we had to accept a sponsorship. From a company that didn't align completely with our values was not something that we wanted to have to do to stay afloat.

[00:26:47] And we also knew that there were other challenges associated with becoming a nonprofit. And if most of our time is spent trying to figure out how we're going to be funded that also wasn't going to support the bigger mission. And while, providers do choose at what level do they want to contribute to making sure that this resource is available to all, there's also an opportunity now for providers for accessibility reasons that, for no cost, you can apply for a listing.

[00:27:14] So I just wanted to share This is an evolution and we're still figuring it out altogether. We did borrow a lot from the co op model and maybe we will be a co op in the future. Right now that's not the case. But that's definitely an area that I think we could learn a little bit more about and discover because we want this resource to be available for a long time.

[00:27:33] Cause it is beautiful. And right now I just think it's good for everybody to know like how it is funded and how we'll continue to. Really preserve this resource and work for the longevity of it into the future.

[00:27:46] Cynthia: YEah, beautiful. So just looking back to on 2023, I wonder, what do you feel like was maybe one of the biggest learnings whether it was through a win or a struggle point, what do you feel is a learning that.

[00:28:05] You would like to apply to 2024 and, what's the plan there based on that learning? I would love to hear what a big takeaway is for you from 2023. was a big year in a lot of

[00:28:17] Alex: ways.

[00:28:18] My gosh, what a question. Okay, I love the question. I think the most impactful takeaway that I personally took away from 2023 was that and it seems Super obvious.

[00:28:34] So don't judge me here, but what I struggle to do. Other people do effortlessly. So I, and I feel like I knew that, but taking my maternity leave and cutting like absolutely cutting myself a hundred percent. I'm away from my business and it operated. What a reality check, like Alex, are you needed?

[00:28:59] The answer is no, and that's a good thing. I learned so much from that moment. And I think I knew it someplace in my brain, but I just learned it in a different way. And that is so important. And I need to remind myself of that constantly. If I am struggling to do something, like somebody else does not struggle.

[00:29:17] They love doing it. They give it to them. They love it. They want to do it. Yes. And my job is to figure out how can we, like what you said, well connected is a win scenario. The public wins, the provider wins. My job is to continue in that alignment, to figure out how can I continue on the back end for that to be a win.

[00:29:40] Because Alex needs to win, and that person needs to win, and the business needs to win, and it just needs to float. Because I believe that it is. possible, and it just takes a bit of brain and sleuthing to figure out how. And it takes asking the right question and being open to some really, hard answers sometimes.

[00:30:00] And that is my biggest takeaway. Is Alex needed? No. And that's a good thing.

[00:30:07] Cynthia: Oh, ego is, I'm already like feeling my own ego just being like, no, I'm needed.

[00:30:13] Alex: It's only me. I'm the only one that can do this. And it's just not true. I come back to that idea, big magic.

[00:30:26] I don't know if anybody listening has read that, but the idea that we help to manifest ideas that are much bigger than ourselves. And if the idea is not manifested by us, it will be manifested by somebody else, which is fine. That's good. Sometimes it's not our job to bring everything to the world.

[00:30:45] But when we decide to take something to the world it's a decision. And I've been thinking about that concept a lot lately. I do feel like I am a steward. I'm caring for this idea right now because it's really important and it needs to be brought to the world. But it isn't mine,

[00:31:00] it's really a collaborative way that we're birthing this. And I happen to be in this position. That's it.

[00:31:09] Cynthia: aNd this system of having this bridge between provider and public audience member and being able to educate and just having this machine, right? This like being it's just this it's amazing.

[00:31:25] And I think so many people come into it with excitement because they're like, oh my gosh, if I could have imagined something. That could function like this is, I've heard so many times people are like, I've thought of this or I've imagined like the value here of what it could be and I just haven't been able to put it into practice or make it into a thing.

[00:31:48] So it's so exciting when people come into this and they're just like, Oh, it's here. It's someone else started it. Yay.

[00:31:54] Alex: Come join us. Help me.

[00:31:57] Oh, I love it. Yes. Yeah. Yep. And I think it's that subtle, but really powerful mindset shift. That's the takeaway. That's the takeaway.

[00:32:06] Cynthia: There you go with your mindset. There you go.

[00:32:10] Alex: Another gold nugget out of the mud.

[00:32:13] Cynthia: So much gold.

[00:32:15] Alex: Much gold.

[00:32:17] Cynthia: Now if Someone listening were to have their own takeaway, their own little gold nugget that they can pull from this conversation.

[00:32:25] There are a lot, but what would you hope that listeners leave this conversation with? Oh

[00:32:31] Alex: gosh, I hope that you don't just leave this conversation with the fire, because I love that. Usually I tell people what we're building and people like, Oh my gosh, that's amazing. I can't believe it.

[00:32:42] And I'm like yes. Now do something with the fire. Send us an email tell us, say, Hey Maybe your idea included something else tell us there's opportunity here and I don't know all what that opportunity is and if you leave feeling like you are a part of this, know that is intended, you are a part of this and you're important to helping us continue to develop in a meaningful way.

[00:33:05] So I am open to and welcome and need feedback from our provider community and from our public healing community. We need that. That's what I hope you take away. I hope you feel the fire, and I hope you love it. And I hope you say something. To somebody about it because that is how we continue to make sure this work stays here and continues to be valuable.

[00:33:29] Cynthia: Beautiful. Thank you so much, Alex, for joining your podcast today.

[00:33:35] Alex: Oh, yes. Well, it would have been real awkward if I hosted myself. So although maybe everybody would want to hear that for a bit of a giggle and a laugh. We're coming up on solstice is here this week.

[00:33:49] We have the Christmas holiday we have New Year's coming up in just a week ish from now, week and a half. And so I, if it's not within your practice already, I encourage everybody to just have that moment of reflection and answering some of these questions. Thank you, Cynthia, for asking them because they're so important, right?

[00:34:07] When we ask ourselves, how did I grow? What was most meaningful? How am I going to put this to work in a way that feels really important? I just absolutely love that. So I invite you all to take a moment and have that reflection and I'm excited to see what you do with it.

[00:34:23] Cynthia: Beautiful. And you'll actually have the opportunity in the next episode because I'll be hosting myself and just sharing a practice of visioning for the next year.

[00:34:35] I think that's so important. So I'll just be sharing the process That I've done myself, that I've done with friends, that I've done with clients, to just reflect on the past year, to look to the future, to set some intentions, set some goals. So that'll be that next episode where you can work alongside me and maybe just use that as a tool as you enter the new year.

[00:34:56] Alex: Look at me teeing you up, and I totally forgot I was teeing you up. Oh my gosh! What a duo we are. Amazing. So Cynthia's led me through this visioning practice. You are in for a treat. Do not miss that episode. It will be clarifying for you, and I can say that because I've done it.

[00:35:12] And I'm looking I'm going to do it again. So I actually had the most impactful vision board that I have yet to make in my life last year due to some really intentional visioning support. So don't miss out on that episode. It's going to be a good one. It's going to be a goodie.

[00:35:28] Cynthia: Yay. tHank you again, Alex.

[00:35:30] Appreciate you.

[00:35:32] Alex: Yep. Take good care. Good care.
